• Payment: All commissions must be paid in full via PayPal invoice before the ritual begins.

• Process: Clients will receive a rough sketch for approval. Minor adjustments are free; major overhaul requests after the sketch is approved may incur an additional fee.  After 14 days of no communication from the client, the project is considered abandoned and non-refundable.

• Usage: Art is for personal use only (social media icons, personal prints, etc.) unless commercial rights are discussed and purchased separately. No AI training or NFT use is permitted.

• Copyright: As the artist, I retain the rights to the artwork and may use it for my portfolio or social media promotion.

• Refunds: 100% refund before work begins; 50% during the sketch phase; 0% once the sketch is approved.

• Changes to Terms of Service:
  ​You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website.
